May might be on the horizon but it was more like February out there today. Howling gales, freezing rain and miserable as it gets.

Still, around 15 people turned up for an open water swim, so open water swimming we did.

Not too bad once in, but it was cold when I got back out again. Warmed up afterwards with an 8 mile run with loads of hill reps.
